Business Glimmers is built around a simple idea: women connect better when the pressure is taken away.
Instead of a polished pitch, we create space to share a win, a moment of progress, or something worth celebrating. It changes the energy in the room, opens up better conversations, and helps women build more meaningful connections.
Each event brings women together in a relaxed setting, with a guest speaker, time to connect, and plenty of reasons to leave feeling lifted.

There’s something that happens when women stop worrying about saying the right thing and start talking properly.
You hear about the things they’re building, the risks they’ve taken, the bits that have finally gone right, and the moments they’re proud of.
That’s the room we want to create. One where you can walk in not knowing anyone, and very quickly feel like you’re part of it.

I’ve spent most of my career bringing people together, and the thread that runs through almost everything I do is creating a sense of belonging, especially for women.
Through Show Up Club, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful it is when women feel comfortable enough to show up as themselves, share what’s really happening, and support each other without judgement.
Business Glimmers came from my own experience of networking. I know how important it is, and some of the best opportunities in my career have come from the people I’ve met in a room. But I also know how intimidating it can feel.
I kept noticing that the best conversations often happened once the formal introductions were over and everyone had relaxed. So I wanted to create something that started there.
A room where women can connect through their wins, their experiences and the things they’re building, with none of the pressure to perform.
